Size guide
The supplier gives one measurement: the length of the cape. Measure your pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and choose a cape that is a little shorter than that, so it does not drag when your pet walks. The ribbon ties at the neck, so it adjusts to most necks. If your pet is between sizes, choose the shorter cape.
| Size | Cape length |
|---|---|
| S | 8.3 in (21 cm) |
| M | 9.8 in (25 cm) |
| L | 13.0 in (33 cm) |
Safety and care
Tie the ribbon loosely: you should be able to slide two fingers between the ribbon and your pet's neck. This is a dress-up cape for short, supervised wear, such as photos or a holiday visit. Stay with your pet while it wears the cape, and take it off before you leave your pet alone or put it in a crate. Take it off right away if your pet seems distressed or tries to chew the pom-poms or the ribbon. Hand wash in cool water and let it air dry.
