Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC, and to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Honduras. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO, FPO and DPO military addresses, or other countries at this time.

Shipping cost

  • United States: standard shipping is $4.99 per order. Orders of $40 or more ship free.
  • Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Honduras: shipping is $9.99 per order, whatever the order total.

Delivery time

  • Processing: 2-5 business days. We place your order with our supplier, who packs it and hands it to the carrier.
  • Transit to the US: 10-15 business days. Most items ship from our suppliers' warehouses, mainly in China.
  • Total to the US: 12-20 business days from the day you order.
  • Total to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Switzerland: 15-25 business days from the day you order, processing included.
  • Total to Honduras: 15-30 business days from the day you order, processing included.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. These windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a tracking link. See Track your order.

Orders with several items

Items from different suppliers can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. The same delivery window applies to every parcel.

Import charges

Prices and shipping are in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, PayPal converts the amount, and PayPal or your card issuer may charge a conversion fee.

United States: we choose supplier shipping options that pay US import charges when we place your order, where such options are offered. If a carrier asks you for an import charge at delivery, contact us before you pay so we can sort it out.

Other countries: we do not collect import tax or duty at checkout. What you may be charged on delivery depends on your country and the value of your order:

  • Australia: orders under A$1,000 are not charged import duty or GST on delivery.
  • New Zealand: orders under NZ$1,000 are not charged import duty or GST on delivery, but the carrier may pass on New Zealand's border levy (about NZ$2.50).
  • Singapore: orders up to S$400, shipping included, are not charged GST or duty on delivery.
  • Japan: packages valued at JPY 10,000 or less (shipping included) are free of duty and consumption tax; larger orders may be charged 10% consumption tax, any duty and a handling fee on delivery.
  • Hong Kong: no import duty or tax applies to these products.
  • Switzerland: orders whose import VAT would be CHF 5 or less (about CHF 62, shipping included) clear free of charge; on larger orders the carrier may collect 8.1% VAT plus a clearance fee (Swiss Post: CHF 16 + 3% of the value) on delivery.
  • Honduras: import tax (ISV) and courier or customs fees may be charged on delivery.

If a carrier asks you for a charge that is not described above, contact us before you pay.

If your order is late

If we cannot ship your order within 2-5 business days, we email you with a new estimate. You can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 business days.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 25 business days after you ordered (30 business days outside the US, 35 in Honduras), or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We send a replacement or a full refund.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is placed with our supplier, we may not be able to change it.
