About Petboostery

Petboostery is a small, independent online shop for dog and cat accessories. We are based in Honduras and sell to customers in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC, and in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Honduras.

What we sell

Practical, everyday gear: leashes and harnesses for walks, beds for naps, toys for play, grooming tools, bowls and water bottles, and travel gear.

We sell accessories only. We do not sell food, treats, supplements, medicine, or flea and tick products.

How your order reaches you

We work with independent suppliers. Most items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, mainly in China, which is why delivery takes 12-20 business days to the US and 15-25 business days to our other countries (15-30 to Honduras). Every order is tracked, and you see the same delivery window for your country on every page of this shop and at checkout.

What you can expect from us

• Clear prices in US dollars, with no fake discounts and no countdown timers.
• A delivery window you can plan around, and an email from us if your order runs late.
• 30-day returns on unused items, no reason needed. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, and the return address may be outside your country: we tell you where before you send anything.
• Answers from a real person through our contact form.
