Size guide
These are the coat's own measurements. Measure your dog standing: the chest at its widest point just behind the front legs, and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose a size whose chest is about 1 in (2 to 3 cm) larger than your dog's chest, and check the back length too. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one. The supplier gives no neck measurement for this coat.

The supplier measures by hand, so allow 0.4 to 1.2 in (1 to 3 cm) either way.
Safety and care
Check the fit: you should be able to slide two fingers under the collar and around the chest, and your dog should walk, sit and lie down freely. Clip the leash to your dog's collar or harness, not to the coat. Stay with your dog while it wears the coat, and take it off before you leave your dog alone or put it in a crate. Hand wash in cool water and let it air dry.

Ships in 2-5 business days, with tracking. Estimated delivery after you order: 12-20 business days in the US, 15-25 business days in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Switzerland, and 15-30 business days in Honduras.
Shipping is $4.99 per order in the US, free on orders of $40 or more, and $9.99 per order to the other seven countries. In the US we ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.

Returns
Return unused items, in the condition you received them, within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. Contact us first and we send you the return instructions.
Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. The return address may be outside your country: we tell you where before you send anything. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or proof that you sent it back.
